Great food......
Loved this place when it was in Shreveport. Ruston location- horrible service. Table of 4 sat after us and had their food before our drinks even arrived. Took me asking 3 times just to get a lemon with my tea. When the food did arrive they forgot the fries. They showed up 15 minutes after our burgers and acted surprised I didn't want them anymore. Waitress ( Emily) is the most inattentive I have had in a long time. Will never come back to this place again.

First in, yet last to be served of the night. Inattentive waiter and forced gratuity. Shake was great, but the burger was a let down.
