I'm here from California visiting and at the request of my grandchildren I took them out to eat dinner at Cheeburger Cheeburger. First let me start off by saying the waitress (Sydni) was awesome, we couldn't ask for a better server. However, when it came down to the burger there was an issue with our order. We ordered our burgers medium well and they came out slightly underdone, we sent the burgers back and instead of preparing new burgers they simply warmed the burgers we had cut and bitten from and placed them on new buns.

I love going here, but the food is way overpriced.$16 for one person. That's outrageous. And they keep bringing me regular fries when i ask for sweet potato fries.

Came to Ruston from Monroe to get some of their food, first time there, and I'm very very disappointed. I got home and both of my orders got completely messed up. I asked for honey wheat bread on both of my burgers, and they gave us kaiser roll, and completely mixed both orders up. One was suppose to be well done, and the other medium well. The one I wanted well done was medium well and vice versa. They didn't put the sauce in there that I ordered, and almost forgot to give me my fries. Staff needs a serious readjustment.
