Went with a very large group of people. Called ahead to see if seating was available, which it was arrive 10 minutes later and have a very rude hostess tell us shell check on how long. Comes back and makes our group aware it will be 25 minutes or so. We tell them no nevermind. To have the hostess walk away in the middle of our sentence and roll her eyes. And the rest of the hostesses stand there with ridiculous faces towards me. Very poor customer service and would have reacted alot different if i didnt just come from servin... read more
This is our new favorite restaurant. Wish there was one in lancaster. Good service and good food.
Usually food and service is very good; however they missed the mark on 12/3. Order took longer than usual. When it finally arrived my chicken was cold. The server requested a redo on the chicken. The kitchen made a whole new dinner, so it took looooonger. And, the chicken was still not HOT. I brought it home., didn’t feel like waiting any longer!!!!🤨 Cheddars in York PA.
The atmosphere was energetic and the food was delicious and filling. The service was exceptionally good. I had a wonderful experience.
