The most ridiculous and unprofessional service I've ever received!
HORRIBLE service at the SHREVEPORT location.. This restaurant is to new to be this bad already. The whole attitude of a place of business starts from the top down. The store manager needs to hire quality workers or train them to be quality workers. Having "warm bodies" to fill open positions is costing you potential revenue. On the last month I've visited on 5 occasions. 3 times I walked out. Yes, you can contact me for further details because I will not be going back unless that environment changes.
