I stop by Cheddar's once a month, for lunch, when in Shreveport for a doctor appt. Each time, my server has been Erica. She's so sweet & does a wonderful job. She knows my order, takes it right away while getting my drink order, and always remembers that I like an extra bowl of gravy with my chicken fried steak. She also knows that I enjoy eating alone, reading while I eat. Food was alright, but rude, bad service, and extremely unprofessional, waitress messed up the order 3 times, even admitted to it when we brought up the discrepancies! Charged on our credit card with another table's bill instead of ours. Asked for the Manager 3 times and waited 30 mins without even informing us of anything. He ( Daniel Alaniz) finally showed up and all he had to say was "oh I'm sorry about that". All I have to say about this establishment is that it's being ran by a circus!
Well we got seated and the lady took our drink order, 40 minutes later after asking where were our drinks, finally took our food order and had to ask another waitress about our order, Service definitely was lacking, we where told they where out of a. Specific beer,, finally got our food and it lacked as well
The service is awful at this store. Love the food but this location has major problems.
Definitely will go back!! Reasonable prices, baby back ribs were better than Outback or any other! Our server was a little scattered but they were super busy at the time, so I'll cut her some slack this time.
The atmosphere in there has really changed. The food quality has also decreased.
Food was great. Service was TERRIBLE! Waited at hostess stand for 10 minutes & nobody even greeted us. Tried to find some help & got shrugged off. Finally manager approaches & doesn't greet us nor apologize for us waiting. Waitress didn't make rounds to refill drinks or see how we were doing at all. Terrible experience as far as service goes, but food was delicious!
