ChechTech did our 1 year inspection on our new home for us and was very professional and thorough. We were surprised when they found several code and workmanship issues that may have caused costly repairs down the road, and we're able to have them all corrected by the builder under warranty. Mr. Linden was super knowledgeable and explained the repercussions of all the issues he found so we knew which issues were the most important to focus on having repaired with the builder.
Poor communication skill. Replaced my appointment without a call confirmation.
Chris, and CheckTech Inspections, is absolutely great! I've been working on buying a house for a long while now and, unfortunately, have had to have a few houses inspected. I've used Chris on all but one of them and I was thoroughly disappointed with the one time that I didn't.
