Got payday advance for my monthly Social Security disability fairly easy there, good customer service too! My only complaint is that when my bank Wells Fargo was sent a check from this place to autopay my loan the lady at Checkmate had me go to Wells Fargo (they have same bank I guess) & have them print a copy of their check, seemed odd. Anyways other than that no complaints & would recommend.
I dont normally leave a review, but this is the second time Ive come in and this little brunette (without the glasses) has had a pretty nasty attitude and smart mouth to boot. NOT COOL. I'm a regular who comes in every other Friday as i work right up the street (sometimes more because of my side job) and forgot my ID. No one ever seems to have a problem with me or bring up "policy" when i come in except her, maybe because the other girls see me so often.
