I asked Nate to come out and inspect the exterior of my home so I could get some idea of the repairs and upgrades that needed to be made. He came out the next day and spent an hour walking the property inspecting the siding, windows, deck, etc. He was very knowledgeable, shared good information, and helped me come up with a good plan for what I want to do. Will keep Checklist Home Inspection on my short list.
We had a short window between signing the contract and the "due diligence" date, and I called Nate -- he got to us in 2 days and gave the report the same day...that service (and the completeness of the report itself) gave us the assurance to proceed and not look back! All good and we're thankful.
