Today I dont know what was wrong, the drive thru got completely backed up to the street. After 20 plus minutes of getting through the line, I get to the window, she asks me for the payment on the lady behind me. After I explain I ordered online like we talked about at the speaker, she gets my name and finds the bag. Then proceeds to tell me they are out of one of the items I ordered.
