The night manager was rude, thinking someone trying to get over him. I didn’t realize the coupon was expired, was still gonna get the food till he came to the window talking about I’m going let you use this time but don’t try this again. Excuse me sir they just came to my mailbox this week,wasn’t trying to get over on you, his words was well you to need to look at the date. I barely eat checkers and this makes me not want to eat there at all. You need to better train your management on how to deal with the public.
Horrible attitudes. Ghetto. The drive thru girl was cursing inside very loudly when i pulled up. Forgot some of my food, so i had to come back, then blamed it on me when clearly it was their error. They talk to you crazy. So unprofessional. I dont think the managers have control over their employees, and some of them are just as bad. Would be an ok place if they can get orders right and have better attitudes. They need a staff revamp asap.
This by far is the worst service I've ever had. It took 10 minutes to take my order. Then they did not give me my drinks after I spent $18. Then when I get home the burgers were soggy and smashed. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.
They got a nasty attitude... And that sissy going to charge me 50cent for some ranch... I thought the ranch come free
I had a horrible experience here! The employee working the drive thru stole my debit card and replaced it with a Checkers visa debit card!
