Why would you list your hours until 1 am when you shut off all the drive through ordering systems at 12:45 and not help anyone? Steak N Shake made a profit off me instead
Guess I should have looked at these reviews before stopping here tonight. � Terrible experience. I had to wait to order because they were "working on something." The girl was yelling into the speaker. Tried to order and she couldn't seem to get it right. Finally proceeded to pay. Went there last night (drive thru) and had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a simple burger. I'll think twice before going back there again!
Absolute worse experience I've had anywhere. First I had to reword my order multiple times (it still ended up being wrong). They forgot my fries in the first time around with the order. When I checked the food the chili cheese fries leaked all over the inside the bag. Had to pull around to inform people what was wrong and had to wait in line for 30 minutes to talk to someone dads to face. Order was remade but ended up being wrong still. Their burgers have been the saltiest thing ever the last few times. I can't even taste the ketchup, mayo or cheese. Just heavy loads of salt. Their fries too. Wtf happened to this place? The last few months every time has been awful. Undercooked meat (pink/red), nasty soggy fries that are way too salty. Burgers grilled in a pile of salt.
