First, I ordered over the app which said basically drive up and show your order to an associate and they will get your order for you. The associate said abruptly that I have to let them know at the speaker. I think she could have been nicer about that. Then I ordered a sourdough double and the meat was flavorless. This experience could have been a bit better.
Spent over $10 for a single burger $ motz stix. Service was good, stix were good. My cheeseburger was very disappointing. Barely warm, did not taste very good. They have totally changed the menu, from good to poor. Miss the old stuff. Won't be back
I visited this location this past week and I don't have any plans to go back. The food was great, but the service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and the lady that was working that day never even acknowledged me when I pulled up to the speaker, finally after several minutes of silence she says with an attitude "Are you ready to order "!?
