Had to repeat my order 4 to 5 times. She tried to ignore half the order I placed. No one else in line. Made us move to another window. Why? Cause she didn’t want us to see her playing on her phone. The second she asked us to move. She was leaned over and playing on her phone. Headphones aren’t even on her ears.
HORRIBLE customer service, woman at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful through my ENTIRE order. Every response was “yeah” with an attitude or she flat out did not respond. Then when I requested food be made with certain things on it she immediately started snipping at me about the fact that I requested only mustard be on a burger. Then as she leans out the window yelling a male employee comes up and joins in. Disgusting service and employees.
