First of all the AI you have at the drive thru is ridiculous and terrible get rid of it. I believe it is the cause of this issue anyway. Just get rid of it ..... seriously get rid of the AI thing. It cut me off in the middle of ordering. The lady in the window waved me forward, so I assumed it was to continue placing my order. The burger buns were very stale or maybe over toasted. Burger buns should not be crunchy. :( Even worse, the fries were HORRIBLE! They tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. I chose this restaurant for the fries but they were entirely inedible. The only thing we ordered that was any good was the banana shake. Extremely disappointing experience!

I tried the app for the first time and went to pick up my order. The employee opened the service opening without greeting me or smiling. She handed me my food, then when I mentioned I had another order, she abruptly shut it, grabbed the second order, handed it to me, and shut it again just as abruptly. NOT A SINGLE WORD WAS SAID. Very rude woman.
