The works dont care about there customers they tske there sweet time and then dont even give you all the food and even though there open for another hour they refused to give me what they missed told me I had to come back in the morning then hung up on me before I could even complain about the cold food I received I wish I could give negative stars cause they dont deserve the 1 im made to give

Waited in line about 15 minutes. When I got my food I didn’t realize half of it was missing. I was missing my wings. I looped back around and there was only one car at the window ahead of me. I waited another 15 minutes just to pull up to the window for them to say they were out of wings. Cheeseburger was slapped together really nasty and cold. Loaded fries were in a huge pool of grease.

I got fresh food and my order was correct all while they were standing on business cussing eachother out and a hair away from an all out brawl. Impressive and motivational. And yummy.

I was very disappointed with how downhill checkers went. First of all, I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me the whole time. Second, when you get up to the drive thru, it’s not a person taking orders, it’s AI or something. Every time I said an item it kept trying to make me order it for a bigger size. I kept having to say no. I ordered my meal and the price seemed a bit higher than I expected. Turns out it upcharged me and made my meal large when I said medium. When I got home, I... read more
