The drive through person has been replaced by an ai. This caught me off guard when I went there.
Not good customer service or amount of time taken to make an order. Super old restaurant, super slow, rude staff.
Worst service ever! I order a plain burger with just bacon, cheese, and sauce. My order was incorrect. When I told them the issue the girl who made the sandwich came to the window to tell me that ai didn’t tell her that. I’m told her well I know what I ordered and asked her to fix it. She said “just take the tomato off and it’ll be plain”. I said “no” that’s not what o ordered and it’s not my problem that you don’t know what plain means. She continued to argue and finally made a new sandwich.
Doordash should die!!!!
Quite like the fries - have an AI agent doing the food order and it didn’t work but they don’t let you order at the window. Ask the AI for a ‘team member’ to get a real person
