Well I couldn't tell you about the food I came here when it was supposed to open at 11:00 and watched everybody walk in at 11:00 and then they tell me while I'm sitting in the drive-thru that it'll be another 30 minutes before they can serve me worst checkers ever literally had my heart set on that, not the McDonald's that I'm about to go and eat because I have to now
This place is always closed early, or atleast all the lights are always off before closing.. I guess they don’t shut off the systems so orders still come through and are processed even though they are closed. This is the second time this occurred. And no one speaks English.
I placed s mobile order that included 2 burgers, both with bacon and one with crispy onions straws, and both ingredients were completely missing. We tried to call the restaurant several times but no one answered. So we found a number for some kind of guest services center and the 1st guys just kept speaking to us in Spanish. Finally I told him, in Spanish, to speak English because we told him we don't speak Spanish and then he hung up. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM LITERALLY, THEY RIPPED US OFF AND WE COULD NOT GET EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THEY TALKED IN SPANISH THE WHOLE TIME AND WE EVEN SPOKE BACK IN SPANISH AND THEY HUNG UP! second time at checkers and after the first amazing time, this time which is actually my birthday May 15th, my girlfriend orders on her phone and we get bigger sandwiches. we got the big Buford and the baconzilla... we did not get the right size burgers I don't believe but even if we did, we didn't get any bacon on either of... read more
