The hiring practices here are honestly so sad. Grew up eating Checkers. Came here last week and had to tell the drive thru person my order five times in a row. I speak very clearly and I intentionally don’t order too fast. He just couldn’t wrap his head around a burger that had extra lettuce and extra onion. Rolled up to the window and he started mumbling. Well I couldn't tell you about the food I came here when it was supposed to open at 11:00 and watched everybody walk in at 11:00 and then they tell me while I'm sitting in the drive-thru that it'll be another 30 minutes before they can serve me worst checkers ever literally had my heart set on that, not the McDonald's that I'm about to go and eat because I have to now

This place is always closed early, or atleast all the lights are always off before closing.. I guess they don’t shut off the systems so orders still come through and are processed even though they are closed. This is the second time this occurred. And no one speaks English.

I placed s mobile order that included 2 burgers, both with bacon and one with crispy onions straws, and both ingredients were completely missing. We tried to call the restaurant several times but no one answered. So we found a number for some kind of guest services center and the 1st guys just kept speaking to us in Spanish. Finally I told him, in Spanish, to speak English because we told him we don't speak Spanish and then he hung up.
