I placed a online order .arrived and it wasn't ready.I was told to pull over.I waited 10 mins after and it started to pour down raining.I went back through the drive thru just to be told I have to get out the car in the pouring rain to pick up my order.If I hadn't gone back to the drive thru no one would have came out to say where I pick up my food because I was under the impression like any other time im told to pull up,they would come out but they didn't. This Checkers has so much potential — the location is great, lots of traffic and apartments nearby — but every visit I’ve had here shows the same problems. Staff don’t follow basic food safety (handling money and food without changing gloves, eating on the line, unsanitary prep areas), and customer service is unprofessional. This location requires serious review and possible changes in management. My order was handled incorrectly, and instead of receiving an apology, the manager defended the employee responsible for the mistake. This demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
