Honestly I don’t like giving bad reviews but I had to do this. Giving me two wrong order was not just a brutal mistake but a disservice to me as a customer in general. Ordered a double Bacon Philly cheesesteak but instead the gave me fried chicken which I disliked. Also order a banana milkshake but instead got a vanilla milkshake.
I had an issue with Uber eats delivery and called the restaurant to assist me resolving the problem. The manager, Devonte, was extremely helpful and made sure that the situation was resolved immediately. Kudos to him and all of the staff at this location for looking out for their customer as number one! Thank you again 🙏
By far the slowest and most unfriendly drive thru experience of all locations.
