I just went there. I paid for almost $70 worth of food and y’all messed up half my order. My order didn’t get all the way through. I call you call you. You guys don’t ever answer the phone either you gonna give me my money back cause I have the receipt here or something gonna happen. I’m not playing today. That’s $70 worth of food. You’ve messed up because you’re too busy on your phone.
What's the point of store hours if you always close over a half hour early? I can place a mobile order more than 30 minutes before close show up 20 minutes before close get no food and no refund for weeks guaranteed once a month at this location! :D
No te atienden bien y ahora te dan mas hielo que soda, dos tragos le di y ya no tenía, fui a decirle a la que atendía y me dijo que los vasos tiene que estar llenos de hielo hasta la línea negra que indica el vaso, osea te venden hielo y nada de soda, sin mencionar la poca amabilidad con la que atiende
The drink was given more ice than drink and when we asked for a refill they were rude and refused.
