We ordered fries on the side, the chick argued with us and got rude with us. Didn't even give us out receipt
Customer service sucks it sad when you have to ask for straws and BBQ sauce and the girl at the window rolls her eyes at you. I wanted to pull her fake lashes off. People if you work in customer service, then that's what your job is service the customers.
The most nasty place to eat is checkers in tillmens corner, the people that work night shift is rude and smoke's pot in the building and you can smell it, when you pull up to the window. Just a nasty place to eat period.
Employees can't read, or follow direction. Usually at a real fast food joint when the receipt says no mayo ,no cheese, employees that can read get it right. It's obvious yoh should make employees read the application out loud do you can be sure their mommy's aren't reading it for them. SHOULD Have Closed This Place After The harassment case.
We ordered and got back to our hotel across the street it was nothing we ordered we are not from here. And it was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted. The burger my husband ordered was so wrong it wasn't even close to what he ordered. It was cold and sloppy n had almost no meat. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was old. If you want top notch hood-ratchet service, this is the place to go. Rude ugly, weave everywhere, no smiles,no greeting, no 'thank you' or 'come again'.......in need of serious customer service skills! Hood rats at their best!
