I was informed that they needed to pull the part, and that it was going to be about an hour. I asked if I could give them my cell number and have them call me when it was ready. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My friends husband was picked up by an ambulance in the parking lot of his drs office and transferred to OKC where they lost him 3 times in the ER. They towed his car from the parking lot. The Drs that own the lot where the car was parked have tried to talk to these people to get them to release the vehicle and my friend has told them what the situation is - they say they sent a certified letter - which she can’t pick up if she is in OKC - and tell her that it’s “just not their problem”!! Amazing service!!! Had a flat tire and no spare. I needed to get my car to a repair shop. In the cold rain he loaded up my car and delivered it safely and quickly. Very professional and friendly. Will certainly use the company again!!!
