After having a sub-par inspection experience with our prior home purchase, it was so refreshing to have one that was thorough and accurate. Karen will go the extra mile for you which is important for the large investment that a house can be.
Karen was a pleasure to work with. We're buying a very small home and she still spent a full 4 hours thoroughly checking out every aspect, discussing her findings, and answering our questions. The report itself is also very clear. Couldn't recommend more highly!

It was about a year and a half ago, but it was a terrible inspection. A lot of obvious issues brought forth in trying to repair things. I would not trust this inspection company again.
