It was about a year and a half ago, but it was a terrible inspection. A lot of obvious issues brought forth in trying to repair things. I would not trust this inspection company again.
My inspection was very very thorough. Very reasonable rate also. Received advice for improvements and suggestions for some items. Extremely satisfied with the work.
Karen Krieger did an excellent and thorough inspection of the house we are hoping to buy, discovering several issues that need to be resolved and brought to our attention other less critical issues.
