The owner Gilbert is a liar. He was going to refund my fee for a lousy job that one of his worker did which was caused the water damaged to my downstair neighbor's bathroom. He told me through my realtor a few time that he was going to refund my fee but he refused to pay when I asked. I will report him to BBB.
