As I waited in line, I couldn't help but notice the person working behind the counter, has excellent customer service. Then came my turn. Aleisha greeted me, and after telling her this was my first time, she expained how advances work, and is very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable. Thank you Aleisha for helping me today.
