Unique subs/salads that you cannot find anywhere else. I got the AR15 an awesome French Dip toasted sandwich with Aujus that was really good...THIS IS A MUST TRY, head there now!!
Why are they so slow here!!!! The food is great but why is this location so painfully slow?! Driving to Tempe just because its better service.

Visited Cheba Hut while in Gilbert. The atmosphere was casual and laid-back, and the service was friendly and welcoming, especially for first-timers — we immediately felt comfortable ordering. Tried a couple of their signature sandwiches — the buns were pleasantly light and airy, and the flavors were savory and tasty, which made the whole experience better than expected. We also enjoyed sitting out on the patio, which added to the relaxed vibe. Overall, a solid spot and worth a return visit. Saluti.
