Truly great visit with Dr. Karen for my four year old. My daughter said she was the nicest doctor ever. We went for a routine pediatric screening and she explained everything and was super gentle with my daughter. Would definitely recommend to other parents especially with special needs children.
I had a fantastic experience at ChEARS. The front office manager was so nice and accommodating. The office is so clean and organized and I was seen on time. Dr Karen Faillace did a thorough exam and was so professional. She explained step by step was being tested , the results, and next steps. I would absolutely recommend for hearing tests and hearing aids.
