I had a fantastic experience at ChEARS. The front office manager was so nice and accommodating. The office is so clean and organized and I was seen on time. Dr Karen Faillace did a thorough exam and was so professional. She explained step by step was being tested , the results, and next steps. I would absolutely recommend for hearing tests and hearing aids.

I took my son in to get his annual hearing check up and let me just star off by saying what an amazing experience! From beginning to end CHEARS and most definitely DR Karen Faillace, She made me feel absolutely comfortable from making sure my child felt very comfortable, welcome and she did an absolutely amazing job explaining the whole process and everything in between!
