They know nothing about their cars. Dealers like this prey on the uniformed. They also won't hold a car you might find on their website to give you a chance to do your own research. If they were more professional in that regard they could get a higher quality customer. EDIT: Asking a few simple questions isn't being rude. I asked if she had time to talk and she said she did. Your unwillingness to reveal info tells me you are not informed about your vehicles or the information isn't good.
We bought a truck from here ,very friendly and professional sales woman she helped us get everything done. I'll buy from here again in the future.
