Stay away and used a trusted source like Expedia. First off, it's cheaper to book online, second of all the customer service is awful! My flight was cancelled and when I tried to rebook the price they quoted was double what I got online. When I told the agent, he reply was "so go book it" and hung up.
I received an email today from Air Canada to say my flight was cancelled and they provided me an itinerary and in that, 2 confirmed assigned seats for me and my toddler. My mother who was on the same flight as me did not receive an email, so she googled Air Canada and called the first link that popped up, which turned out to be Cheap Flights Fares, thinking she was calling AC directly. Tried to buy tickets on American Airlines- got an immediate confirmation booking but by the time they ran our card I was told by cheapflightsfares.com that American had cancelled our reservation. When I asked why our card was not charged in a timely fashion so tickets could be purchased they said there were thousands of people ahead of me. *****DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY**** The customer service people are rude, not very helpful and hung up on us twice. They are a scam and I have already placed a report with the BBB in Cleveland and will follow up with a complaint to the FCC.
