Tried to buy tickets on American Airlines- got an immediate confirmation booking but by the time they ran our card I was told by cheapflightsfares.com that American had cancelled our reservation. When I asked why our card was not charged in a timely fashion so tickets could be purchased they said there were thousands of people ahead of me. I had to repeatedly call to check and see why I couldn't print tickets. I was initially told call back in 2 hours. They are a scam and I have already placed a report with the BBB in Cleveland and will follow up with a complaint to the FCC. Published 16 minutes ago DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company stole my entire cost of the flight. Over $1100.00 I called this company daily to cancel my flight to the carribean. There was a tremendous storm heading to the caribean islands. Irma destroyed the resort that I was heading to.
