THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO SELL YOU THE WRONG TICKETS TO MAKE MORE MONEY. be careful, don't believe anything they tell you. they will tell you everything you want to hear just to scam you. They lie to me and sold me different tickets than what I ask for after I repeatedly told them what I want to make sure they get me the right tickets. I just lost 2,038.90 .
We found their site informative and easy to plan travel. It looked like there were many options to choose from, so we're looking forward to taking advantage of the cheap travel deals and the savings.
These guys are good when it comes to offering flight deals, though i feel that they need to be more professional in their customer support.
I saved $135 precisely on a single flight by booking tickets with them... try your luck! I would suggest taking their fare quotes at least once, before booking air tickets.
BE AWARE! They will not contact you and offer a new itinerary, FREE OF CHARGE, or full refund when an airline makes a change to your booking. If you are not checking your flight via airline website before your departure you will end up without tickets and your vacation will be ruined. If you find out something is wrong with your tickets they will lie to you telling you need to purchase new tickets and pay for the difference. Never book your flight here. If you want your flight to be cancelled at the very last minute this is your choice. Bad customer service
Terrible. Don’t ever use these guys. Learned my lesson. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
A very known fraud company. If you get a call form them never answer. They will scam you. Also they are not located in Cleveland. I know that they are from india. Typical indian scammers.
BEWARD OF CHEAPFLIGHTSFARES! They misrepresented themselves as Alaska Airlines, lied to me about having to forfeit all the money I paid for tickets purchased in June for an Oct. trip. Manipulated me, an old woman who is totally inexperienced in travel, into urgently giving them money for more tickets, (my cancer treatment money) so I could make it to my son’s Wedding. I feel like such a fool. Do not trust these people!
