THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. CHARGED ME FOR A RUG CLEANING $380 CAME TO PICK IT UP AND THEN NEVER RETURNED IT. EVERYTIME I CALL TO ASK WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER IT, THEY SAY “TECHNICIAN WILL DELIVER IT WHEN THEY CAN” AND HANG UP! REPORT THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SCAM AND WE HAVE THEIR LICENSE PLATES.

They came on time and up sold me on a deep clean for the rug which they gave me a good deal on but after they finished the carpet still had a very strong mothball odor. They said to get the odor out would be a much more expensive service that they didn’t do. Then they said their card machine was broken and couldn’t take card even though I had explicitly asked if they could take card a day earlier. They was very polite, courteous and timely. His work was fast and efficient. I like how he took pride in his work and treated my house with respect. He made sure I understood what he was doing and what I could expect from the results. Then he did his magic. My carpets look great. Thank you Cheap Carpet Clean.

Excellent job!! Cheap Carpet cleaned up a tough red wine splurge that's been there since the night before. Now the carpet looks as good as new. Saves me my security deposit. Wish I had taken a before/after pic. Highly recommend for tough carpet clean!!
