I along with my family have used the turmeric soap for the last 5 years. Her product is superb and my face glows because of this soap. At times delivery can be a little slower than normal but I make sure to order waaaay before I run out and I trust that Che will deliver it in due time because she always does. Please keep making your products. You have a faithful customer in me despite the delivery delay. Thanks for getting my last order to me within a week.
I've been a customer for a few years now. It's sad when we have to leave reviews like this, especially for a small, black owned business! I ordered my products on Monday, May 26th and here we are Juiy 1st and still nothing! The lack of communication is HORRIBLE!! I've sent messages on Facebook messenger, tried calling, even tried emailing you and NOTHING!! I WILL NOT be patronizing this business again! And I'm going to make sure i spread the word!! It be your own people.
I placed an order with this business and paid in full, but I never received the items I purchased. I reached out multiple times for an update or a resolution, but never received a response. I wanted to support a small business, but this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope this review encourages better communication and follow-through in the future.
It’s really sad that I have to come on here and place an honest review. I’ve been a client for 4 years since Covid and really really love the product because it helps my skins stay clear. I placed my last order on May 26 and have yet to receive anything besides the tracking number with no update every time I email or reach out I receive a vague response.
