Previously left a good review but have had to change it because they cancelled my first appointment and tried to cancel my second. No reason was given. They always seem to pick me, I have serious medical issues, and for some reason, I'm always the one that's asked to give up my care, or I just don't get the care to begin with. Sad to see an old pattern re emerge before even seeing the doctor once. I need sleep and this woman is ringing at 7am and 8am. It's unacceptable from a medical facility. Booked the Telehealth appointment for 11:15am. Received no call from the doctor. Its 1Pm. When I called the centre the receptionist bluntly replied basically Doctor will call you when he will feel like. I booked a for a specific time coz of the availability and have others things to do like work. If you cancel your appointment apparently there is a fee for that. They expect us to wait and stay near phone I don't know until when. I believe that centre doesn’t understand how to appointment works.
I have been a regular patient attending the I-Med services at the CHC Medical Centre and would like to say how good the experience has been. All the staff have been really friendly, caring and extremely efficient at their work and always get you in and out in minimal amount of time, unlike other Branches I have attended over the years of my treatments. A huge thanks to all!
