Very happy with my doctor, but the waiting room is absolute chaos because of the urgent care clinic. I really think you need new/bigger premises, or a better layout for patients waiting. PS Had to save an elderly lady who got stuck in the boom gate! The boom gate system is a joke! and I am aware that this is not your problem....
