Chaz is a seasoned agent, you can tell immediately by the way he asks questions and figures out exactly what you what. You can see his mind working as you describe what you're looking for and he just goes to town thinking of all the places that would be perfect for me and my girl. We got excited about the buying process before we even did anything but in the end we ended up getting something that we felt right about and part of it was the process and the energy that Chaz provided. Rude guy, $$$ is all he cared about, just got out of the hospital on Easter Sunday and wanted to know if I could fix my house and put it on the market in 30 days, seriously! Insensitive person! Christin however is wonderful, maybe he should take some tips from her on being caring and friendly. He is really snobby and arrogant
