lack of service..rather talkt to each other in kitchen then wait on tables.dirty kitchen..could see from the bar area..bugs climbing on wall..stopped by when in town.will never go back

Had dinner for the first time at Chayote tonight! Now on my top five places to eat in Ocala. Great service, intimate atmosphere, fresh food, great flavor, and beautiful presentation. I will be back again soon. Reminded me of my father and growing up in South Florida. I had the seafood salad, monfugo pork, and chicken chayote. Please visit this hidden jem, well worth it! Oh and brought home guava cheesecake for later ;)
