Awesome food.. Absolutely love to eat there.. Very good cook and service..
This was the absolute worst Puerto Rican food I have ever had anywhere. I have Puerto Rican roots and I know good PR food when I eat it, and this wasn't it. How it's gotten other good reviews is beyond me. The mofongo was greasy and tasted like the plantains were fried in rancid oil. The whole meal was awful, the roast pork tasted reheated from the day before, the only one who made out OK was my husband who ordered the fried red snapper and that was pretty good. Will never go back.
My best friend Danette and I just ate at an authentic Puerto Rican Restaurant called CHAYOTE in Ocala. The food was excellent as well as the service, and price. We felt like we were at a restaurant in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back again whenever I am in the Ocala area. They are opened every day except Mondays.
