She always is very thorough and courteous! Always addresses all my questions and goes over test results with me and recommends other excellent Dr.'s for your needs!
Dr. Chaykin-Glover does not follow up on lab reports and does not want to bother personally calling a patient to discuss lab results or questions a patient may have about those results. Even after requesting via the portal that she call at her convenience, she has her office manager call you and plays go between you and the doctor. She doesn't want to be bothered by her patients or questioned by them. Poor medical service.
