Sal recently dropped off tacos for a party we hosted. Not only did everyone rave about how delicious they were, but everything came totally prepped and ready to serve. As I was already panicking about a gazillion other things, this was a lifesaver. Will definitely be going this route again in the future.

Just do it! The man left Englewood California for Southwest Detroit ...... Come on not much more authentic or a example of a driven individual starting with nothing but not forgetting where he comes from. He embraces it and it is obvious in his cooking and professionalism. Glad we hired him for our last event at our house.
I love me some Chavo's Tacos. Whenever those guys are at Eastern Market in Detroit, I always try to track 'em down- the food is superb. Freshly prepared, excellent ingredients, and a first-class attention to detail. They care about what they do, and it shows in the presentation, the smells, and the taste.
