it is important to know that this roofing company looks out for the homeowner s best interests at every step. after a storm, my insurance company sent a contractor to inspect the roof damage. later, that contractor gave me an estimate with extra charges for upgraded shingles. i called a local roofer for a second opinion, and miguel found missing items in the insurance paperwork and helped get those covered. he also did not charge us extra for the shingle upgrade, which made the whole roofing process much easier. before start... read more

After recent storms, we saw nearby homes in ALT Pleasant View getting roofing work done by Chavez & Sons Roofing LLC, so our neighbors suggested we have Miguel check our roof too. Miguel came out, did a careful roof inspection, and found only a small nail pop, which he fixed during the visit. He also showed us clear photos of the shingles, pipe flashing, and roof flashing so we could see the condition for ourselves.
