Spent a lot of time comparing quotes and reviews with different companies in SD. I ultimately decided on Chavez, and luckily I did. Quality, communicative, and timely work. What really stood out to me was that we found a drywall hole in the ceiling away from where the new roof portion was - Chavez confirmed no roof work was done over it, but still offered a $250 credit to get it repaired. Outstanding customer service, and always quick to call or text. Highly, highly recommend this family business.
Chavez Roofing is great. I would definitely work with them in the future. I’m a long time project manager in the construction industry and know the good and the bad. They make everything known in their proposal so there are no surprise costs. There are always unforeseen issues in roofing and that is clearly outlined. The team on site was friendly and respectful of our property. Communication is great and work was completed on time per the agreed upon schedule. Definitely give them a shot.
I am very happy with the work done by Chavez roofing and more specifically, Waldo. I highly recommend Chavez Roofing Services Inc. for any roofing needs. We needed a full replacement, and they made the entire process incredibly smooth. What really stood out was their excellent communication. Jaime kept us updated every step of the way and answered all our questions instantly. The quality of the work is fantastic, and they did a thorough cleanup afterward.
The roof that was installed came out beautifully. Jaime’s work team was respectful & worked so quickly despite the high temperatures. Aware of My tenants they went out of their way to be quiet- no music or yelling. The price was very reasonable & the owner, Jaime, always contacted me to review what they were encountering & options for my consideration. I would not hesitate to to hire them again. -Maria Z
