We chose Chavez Roofing after looking for a roofer that services the South Bay. They won us over with their courteous and professional communication. They follow a step by step process to ensure the client is provided an accurate written quote, a contract, reasonable scheduling, before/after photos and several payment options. Chavez Roofing just put a new roof on my house. They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. All the workers were very professional and courteous. I was really impressed with the quality of the work performed, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Also, at the end of each day, they did a great job of cleaning up around the entire house, making sure any material that fell from the roof was picked up. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof or roof repair.

I highly recommend this roofing company. The evaluated, replace a lot of rotten wood and put in a great roof. We’re clean, quick and communicated well throughout the project! The price was very reasonable and they even worked with the solar removal company to plan the removal and reinstall of my solar panels. Highly recommend!
Just had our roof done & we decided to replace all the tiles as well. The Chavez Roofing team did an amazing job. I also needed a few extra items taking care of to fit our motorhome better on the side & it turned out great. Workers were top notch & know what they are doing. Hard workers for sure!!
