Jimmy at Chavez Roofing Services was extremely Professional, competitively priced and completed the project within the agreed upon timeframe. The communication was very excellent and we were informed every step of the way. This was for a large condo roof. Chavez roofing repaired a significant and unexpected amount of water damage to the plywood that lies under our tile roof, in addition to replacing numerous broken and cracked tiles. They were careful to match the color of the replacement tiles with the original tiles, and probably saved us considerable money by replacing our roof before there were more than small and trivial leaks.
