Chavez Roofing recently completed the re-roofing for our house; our roof had not been replaced for over 40 years. We received three bids, and Chavez was the lowest. We wondered if by going with the "low-bid" we would compromise customer service and quality, but I am happy to report this was not the case. We chose Chavez Roofing after looking for a roofer that services the South Bay. They won us over with their courteous and professional communication. They follow a step by step process to ensure the client is provided an accurate written quote, a contract, reasonable scheduling, before/after photos and several payment options. Chavez Roofing just put a new roof on my house. They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. All the workers were very professional and courteous. I was really impressed with the quality of the work performed, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Also, at the end of each day, they did a great job of cleaning up around the entire house, making sure any material that fell from the roof was picked up. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof or roof repair.
