Fidel was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, personable and honest. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and told me how long it would take and everything came out wonderfully and was on time. I will definitely go back to Fidel and Chavez Automotive Repair.

I have been going to Chavez Auto for the past 6 years. I have always had honest, knowledgeable and quality service from Fidel, the shop owner. Anytime someone that I know needs a mechanic, I feel very confident recommending his shop. All of my family goes, and several of my friends. A story that is worth relating about Fidel: some months ago, my mother in law had four tires replaced, balanced and alignment done on her Hyundai. Fidel is the best and most trustworthy mechanic in town. I have been bringing both of my vehicles here since they opened. Fidel always answers his phone when you need him.

It's hard finding a good mechanic, Some forget customer service and speed is important. With Chavez he's very honorable and helpful detailing what the issue is with your car. He also gives you updates about the car and does not leave you hanging since he knows a car is very important in one's daily life.
