How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little
