It is advisable to book ahead if you want to be on the porch which is heated as well. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every night they have something special on the menu. Came to eat here before a hike - bad idea. Got the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich for my entree. It was pretty greasy and tasted like it was rolled in potato chips. If this wasn't disappointing enough - the waitress was walking behind my chair, bumped into me, and spilt iced coffee all down my shirt. She apologized and that's it. She didn't bring any towels or offer any of the souvenir shirts they sell. I had to ask myself for all that. Left super disappointed and will never come back.

I recently worked with Dining Hall on a wedding that was at the Community House. Ashley was very responsive to all of the requests made by the couple. The food was outstanding. This wedding was a four course, wine paired dinner. The guests had 4 different entrees to choose from. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
