I am a sub contractor. I have been waiting to get paid for nearly 3 months for work that I dod on his job. Homeowner has said she is very happy with the work. I still can not get paid. I finally have filed a mechanics lien in hopes of getting paid. I will also contact the attorney General for the state of CA. And file a complaint with them. I am also in contact with the better business bureau to file a complaint. Very unfortunate that after doing my job in a professional manner, I have to fight to get paid.
