It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider answer all of your questions? Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? All the time. It made me very suspicious Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated
