If you have Nathan as your stylist he takes 2 hrs and 45 min to do a 1 hr 1/2 job when you specifically told him you have a session that is soon- didn’t care. leaves hair dye dripping on your face that you have to clean up, doesn’t check your bleach on your hair when you check it - it is done leaves it on for another 15 minutes while he looks on his phone in the back. And still have to pay full price.

After sitting on it for a couple days, I’m not very pleased with the outcome of my hair. I booked for an hour & was done in maybe 20 mins if I’m being generous. I asked to keep the length but for my hair to be thinned & that my bangs I’m growing out be blended. I said otherwise I’m not too picky (big mistake clearly). I was asked if I wanted it styled & I asked for waves or curls, no heat protectant or product of any kind was used. I recently came to Chatters in desperate need of emergency care following a particularly brutal haircut. Totally lucked out in having Chyloe as a hairdresser. Excellent skills and good vibes; I cannot recommend her services enough. Thanks Chyloe 💌

Very, very welcoming staff! Lovely energy that is always around! Went in to get a bit of a switch up! Very reasonable time frame, as my career as a paramedic is quite challenging to get into an appointment but they were able to accommodate. Natural redhead but wanted to have a bit of a change! Little bit darker but still so beautiful! I then needed my brows to be done, never have been good at anything like that! I'm thinking it was Miranda I do believe! I brought my niece in for her bday to get pink hair. The staff up front were so nice and the stylist was so great. She informed my niece on how to take care of her color. All the staff were complimenting her on the color and it made feel really special.
