Horrible customer service I asked for dark brown highlights and they gave me and my sister golden when we asked them to change it they were not cooperative and were very rude and when we asked for a haircut we wanted layers but they ended up giving chopped layers that didnt blend in evenly our hair is now not at all what we asked for but light gold on our black hair I'm very disappointed with the bad customer service and do not recommend to people who are just getting there hair done for the first time very upset with how it... read more
CHYLOE gave me an excellent hair colour in Ash blonde. I just love it. It brought out the result more than my expectations. I just showed her few pictures & she got to know what exactly I am looking for. With that, she gave me a beautiful haircut. If anyone is going to Chatters, Central mall- look out for CHYLOE. She will leave no stone unturned to make yourself feel comfortable there.
I asked for layers and I came out looking like i got a trim. I also asked for face framing curtain bangs and she cut two stands arbitrarily. I am very dissatisfied and please don't waste your money here.
