I had an appointment today at 4:30, I specifically booked with Alexanader!! But when I got there they gaslighted me into saying I was booked with another hairdresser. Even though on the phone I confirmed multiple times that I wanted to have an appointment with Alexander. And the receptionist confirmed that Alexander was available on Monday when I called in, six days prior!! I'm very disappointed!! Alexander is a wonderful hairdresser. But I'm not going to waste my time when I'm not getting booked with the right person.
Jaydn did my hair and she did an amazing job, she is also so lovely to talk to and made me feel so great throughout the whole process, I will be coming back for her services.
Worst experience, i visited the store today at 4 pm she told me to come at 6 pm. They don’t have any audacity to at least let me know that i have to book an appointment. I waited there for 2 hours and later they told me they are fully booked for night.
