Booked a super last minute appointment on Friday and was just looking for a cut spontaneously. I was booked with Colby and he was the best! I had a vision in mind which I wasn’t able to put into words and ultimately clueless of what to ask for. Colby explained some ideas which I was happy with and I normally don’t let ANYONE touch my bangs (iykyk), but he did such an immaculate job with both the cut and the curls he added for styling. I AM obsessed! Will likely be back for all future bangs maintenance!
I came here to get my daughter's hair trimmed and colored, the trim was good, I can't complain. However, when the hairstylist bleached her hair to add color, thats when things started to take a turn. First of all the hair stylist made my daughter wait 45 mins instead of 20 to rinse out the bleach. My daughter is 5 and after about 30 mins of waiting she started getting really impatient. The customer service isn’t consistent. A few weeks ago I was in to buy a round brush and the employee at the counter/till was nice and helpful. Unfortunately that’s not the same service today. One employee at the till, but talking to several other employees and not one said hi or asked if I needed help. I was completely ignored. I walked around for a bit trying to find a product I needed and ended up deciding to buy it elsewhere.
Rude staff, treated me like I was homeless. Came in looking to fix my bleach job I did myself when I was stressed current student at Mc it was after class so was carrying my nail bag as well as backpack. Just really overall unwelcoming and toxic. Wouldn't recommend
Jadyn installed my extensions and did a amazing job. Their so comfortable and blended well.
