Very disappointing experience. I confirmed twice at the time of booking that 45 minutes would be enough for my haircut, and the receptionist assured me it was. Actually on call receptionist told me 4.30 pm but when i received a text to confirm timing for my appointment it was 4.45 & still my appointment was cancelled that afternoon because they apparently didn’t have enough time.
