Ok so the first pic is what I showed him for to copy I wanted the long layers and stuff and the second is what he gave me very choppy layers. I’m giving an extra star bc another hairdresser fixed it for free. This haircut was actually from a couple months ago I just never got around to writing the review lol
Very disappointing experience. I confirmed twice at the time of booking that 45 minutes would be enough for my haircut, and the receptionist assured me it was. Actually on call receptionist told me 4.30 pm but when i received a text to confirm timing for my appointment it was 4.45 & still my appointment was cancelled that afternoon because they apparently didn’t have enough time.
