Honestly just remembered this place and how bad my experiences were, so I came back to see if anything had improved from last year when I went there. (Spoiler alert!) It didn’t. I had a disappointing experience at Chatters. I showed a video(reel) of my previous haircut for reference, but the stylist didn’t even really look at it before starting. She was like i got it and let’s start . So i thought she was really good at what she is doing, and that she didn’t even want to take a proper look at the video.The cut turned out completely different from what I wanted, and now my hair looks really bad. I am very disappointed with the result.
