Such a bad service! Never going back. Asked for long layers with face framing and got just a cutting and no blow dry. When asked, said book a different session we have more customers now! Never going back. Destroyed my grad look!

I had a disappointing experience at Chatters. I showed a video(reel) of my previous haircut for reference, but the stylist didn’t even really look at it before starting. She was like i got it and let’s start . So i thought she was really good at what she is doing, and that she didn’t even want to take a proper look at the video.The cut turned out completely different from what I wanted, and now my hair looks really bad. I am very disappointed with the result.
I got everything I wanted and more out of my visit today. Sierra creates such a warm, welcoming experience from the moment you walk in. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and genuinely beautiful. Her attention to detail, talent, and energy are unmatched. I honestly floated out of the salon. Highly recommend.
I will definitely try another place in a few months from now. I could have gotten my husband to cut my hair and it would have looked just as good.
