My 14 year old daughter went for a simple trim, it was 125$ plus tip. That is completely outrageous!!!
I dont know the name of the lady who cut my hair. Anyway she did a very bad job at haircut and was not friendly at all. Awful experience never going to chatters again
I was booked for eyebrows at 3 pm. Headed back to the waiting to wait for Tracey. She saw me i said hello she did not acknowledge me. I noticed she had just started on someone hair. I waited till 320 and went to check at the front desk. Was told she was running behind and would most likely get to me till closer to 4pm. I am upset tgat Tracey didn't acknowledge me and could have explained it to me herself. I will never go back.
Honestly just remembered this place and how bad my experiences were, so I came back to see if anything had improved from last year when I went there. (Spoiler alert!) It didn’t. It’s obvious they do not care for their customers and I’m surprised they’re still open and running.
