If you’re shopping for hair products be wary of the improper signage/ they will advertise buy 1 get 1 50% - and express that the is old therefore they do do not need to honour the pricing. It is an unlawful marketing strategy and should be reported. The staff frequently takes selfies in the mirror, and are usually on the phone- your wait time will be long. Got a layered haircut from a “master stylist” Marilu and specifically asked for soft, blended layers. Instead, I left with choppy, uneven pieces that look completely disconnected from the rest of my hair. This was my first time at Chatters and I had an amazing experience! I had Lizzy cut my hair and she did a fantastic job, she gave me the exact hair style that I had in mind going in. I left with a lot of confidence and I felt amazing after! The whole process was so satisfying to go through and it felt so cool!
I had such a great experience with Ivana! She put so much time and effort into transforming my dark hair to blonde, and it really shows in the final result. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and pays attention to every detail throughout the process.
