Got my second piercing today and I was so scared, but Jenn was absolutely amazing!She was super helpful, calming, and supportive the entire time. Her positive energy honestly made my day. Thank you so much, Jenn—you were incredible!!
I was at the chatters location yesterday to exchange a product that had never been opened for the exact same product, just a different color. Pricing was all the same. The girl at the cash was extremely impatient and unwilling to help. I was told even though I have an account with chatters and that she could see I purchased the product, she was unable to exchange it without a physical receipt. My hairstylist was very friendly and nice, but my main issue is the cost of the cut. I was informed that I would pay 30$ plus tax for my daughter's haircut, which I understood ofcourse. However, at the time of payment I was informed that the payment is around 40$ because I have to pay a certain 'green payment', which the salon has placed on the customers it seems. Like seriously?! I dont mind giving a tip since hairstylists deserve them but another payment on top of that?
I live and work in BC, but come to Guelph 4 times a year to see family. This is my hair salon! I have seen Ashley a couple of times and she is amazing. I don't get my hair done in BC, I book when I'm in Guelph as I trust Ashley will listen to me and do a fantastic job. She gets the colour and cut right everytime. She has a really calm presence so I feel very relaxed there also. The front end staff are always friendly and great to book with. I would highly recommend this salon and Ashely in particular.
