First time coming to Chatters and I’m very happy I chose the one in Guelph, not only was I greeted so warmly from the staff, but I had an amazing experience with Lizzy. If I could give no stars I probably would. The customer service, or honestly the lack there of I received from this establishment is unacceptable. Let me preface this review by saying that I very rarely get my hair done in salon’s and this was supposed to be a treat to myself before I went on vacation. Boy, was that the complete opposite. My once long, thick and healthy hair is now brittle, damaged and breaking off. I went to get a haircut the other day, it looked great when I left. After a few hours the curls barely stayed in and the cut was uneven. I had someone point it out to me. One side is shorter than the other the other.
I had a great experience with Lizzy at Chatters. We did a Biolage scalp facial and a haircut. She was super sweet, and I’m very happy with the results.
