They accept walk in appointments which is great! Tonya did my hair and she was super friendly and gave me exactly the cut I wanted.
On Friday, I went for styling with Mark, but unfortunately, the service I received this time was extremely disappointing. I went in on Friday and clearly told Mark that I did not want much of my hair taken off. I also asked if he could style my hair with a blow-dry, and he said it would take too much time, so we decided on curls instead. DONT GO HERE the staff here is NOT properly trained to be doing hair some of their apprentices have NO experience what so ever. Things are NOT disinfected and cleaned properly at individual stations or in general. They are NOT a business you should support and give your money to there are so many other better salons in Grande Prairie. DO NOT SUPPORT CHATTERS
