Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Chatters Burlington location. My 12-year-old daughter was charged the adult rate for “long, thick hair,” which I found unreasonable and unfair given her age. When I raised my concerns, the salon was unwilling to acknowledge the issue or offer any form of refund or adjustment. I understand that pricing may vary based on hair length and thickness, but applying an adult surcharge to a child without any flexibility or consideration left a negative impression. Got my haircut done today at Chatters and I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out! ♀️ Big shoutout to my stylist Waad — she did such an amazing job. Super professional, really listened to what I wanted, and made the whole experience so comfortable. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to get your hair washed, cut, and styled beautifully!
I’ve been going to Daniela for my hair and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly talented and really takes the time to understand exactly what you want. Every time I leave her chair, I feel so confident and obsessed with how my hair turns out.
