I just got my hair done with Aneta and WOW. Aneta is absolutely incredible. She is beyond talented at her craft. I have never been happier with my hair ever! She gave me beautiful vanilla blonde highlights with the best tone. I am so happy and would highly recommend if you’re looking for luxury blonde and a great haircut. She is also so kind and lovely to be around. 10/10!!❤❤❤
I feel it would be unfair to give 1 star since I did not receive any service, however I will say for anyone getting colour to be careful. I came in with the exact colour combo my previous stylist from another city used, and they did not have the products in salon. That was okay, I understand some colour products sell faster and will not be in stock. Today was my first visit to Chatters for a haircut. I wear my hair short and was apprehensive about trying a new stylist. Mallorie gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! She took her time at the beginning to really understand what I wanted and the haircut itself was so precise and absolutely perfect! Thank you Mallorie - you have gained a new client!
I purchased a bottle of shampoo from this store and, before buying it, specifically asked the sales associate how many times I could use the product and still return it if it didn’t work for my hair. I was clearly told that I could use it 4–5 times before returning it. I used the shampoo exactly 4 times, and unfortunately, it did not suit my hair.
